The Ardmore Suite
 
The Ardmore Suite, the Hotel's largest conference room, has a capacity for 450 people theatre style and 350 banqueting style. It can also be divided into two smaller suites, both of which offer natural daylight with blackout facilities, audio visual equipment, ISDN lines, air conditioning and a self contained bar and dance floor. The Ardmore Lounge which adjoins it is a spacious area for coffee breaks and pre dinner receptions. 

 
The Dunmore Room
 
Located on our ground floor to the back of the hotel, our Dunmore Room is a popular choice for training events and meetings due to its very good natural daylight and shape, offering a good number of layout options to meet your needs. With capacity for 24 guests on U-shape, 20 guests on round tables, 26 guests boardroom style and up to 50 guests for theatre style, the Dunmore Room also offers air-con, in-room screen and adjustable lighting.
 
 
Boardroom Suite 426
 
Our new 4th floor meeting space with the best views of the city and the Marina is Suite 426.  This stylish and contemporary boardroom accommodates up to 16 guests and features wlal mounted screen, table laptop connections and free WIFI.  For guests looking for a U-shape layout, up to 14 guests will fit around the table comfortably.  This is an ideal smaller meeting and training venue and an impressive space for interviews.
 
Our Lismore Room and Rossmore Room will return to us after upgrade works later in 2021. More details to follow then.

In addition to all of the above meeting room facilities the hotel also provides: photocopier, email, internet access (please advise of your particular requests at time of booking) and complimentary wifi access throughout.
