Hobson's Restaurant
Overlooking Waterford's quayside on our first floor, Hobson's Restaurant enjoys the best views of Waterford city. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel with spectacular views of the quays and the Waterford Marina. This is a lovely setting for any get together or special occasion with wonderful natural light and memorable views. The Restaurant serves a hearty breakfast daily as well as both Lunch and Dinner. Waterford restaurants are spoilt being so close to Dunmore East Fishing village, allowing us to serve the finest local fish and seafood.
Pier 37 Bar and Grill
With views overlooking the Marina, Pier 37 Bar & Grill, the hotel's atmospheric bar, is Waterford's favourite place to meet, eat and enjoy live music. It is a great place to relax following a long day sightseeing, shopping or after a busy day at work. We have recently updated our cocktail menu, so make a night of it and sip a delicious cocktail whilst taking in the views of the River Suir.
Afternoon Tea
With spectacular views overlooking the River Suir and the Waterford Marina there is no better place to relax and catch up with family and friends. We have two tasty options to choose from, Traditional Afternoon Tea or Bubbly Afternoon Tea.Advanced bookings for Afternoon Tea are essential (min. 24 hours notice)
