The Ardmore Suite, the Hotels largest conference room, has a capacity for 450 people theatre style and 350 banqueting style. It can also be divided into two smaller suites, both of which offer natural daylight with blackout facilities, audio visual equipment, ISDN lines, air conditioning and a self contained bar and dance floor. The Ardmore Lounge which adjoins it is a spacious area for coffee breaks and pre dinner receptions.

The Dunmore Room

The Dunmore Room meanwhile can accommodate up to 90 people ideal for meetings and smaller banquets, it has its own adjustable dance floor, bar and air conditioning. For small, private meetings the Lismore Room provides an attractive and well proportioned option.

Lismore Boardroom

The Lismore Boardroom can accommodation up to 16 people boardroom style and is fully air conditioned with natural day light.Ideal for presentation and training events.

The Glenmore Room

Located on the first floor of the hotel, The Glenmore Room is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 25 people. This rooms is ideal for small private meetings and break-out sessions

The Rossmore Room

This room is ideal for smaller meetings and can accommodate up to 15 people. It is an ideal venue for interviews and small workshops. The Rossmore Room also comes with its own seperate waiting area for added privacy.

In addition to all of the above meeting room facilities the hotel also provides, photocopier, fax, email, internet and complimentary wifi access 24 hours a day.
