OPENING HOURS:
The Leisure Centre will open from 7am - 8pm on Monday through Friday and 10am - 6.30pm on both Saturday & Sunday.
Kids under 16 yeas of age - 10am - 7pm Monday through Friday and 9am - 6:30pm on both Saturday & Sunday.
The Tower Leisure Centre Waterford is a fully supervised facility. Our friendly, professional staff are available at all times to assist you in the gym or in the pool.
The Tower Hotel Leisure Centre has introduced a new standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfectant where our guests can enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay. Our hotel team are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced information protocols. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All government guidelines will be strictly adhered to by the hotel and leisure centre.
Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary use of the Leisure and fitness centre throughout their stay.

Gym
Our gym is equipped with a wide range of Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment and our team of instructors are on hand to guide you through your workout. Our instructors will create a programme that suits your individual needs and requirements.
Pool
Tower Leisure Centre has a 20-metre deck level pool. This modern pool also has a separate kiddies pool and is the perfect place to spend a few hours entertaining the family. For those of you interested in doing lengths for fitness or simply to improve your stroke we have dedicated swim only lanes.
Classes
We also offer a number of classes including aqua aerobics and adult and children's swimming lessons.
Relaxation
Unwind after a busy day in the hot dry heat of our Sauna.
**Please note the Gym is restricted to 16 years and over. Swim hats must be worn while swimming.
