TOWER - Hotel and Leisure Centre

The Tower Leisure Centre Waterford is a fully supervised facility. Our friendly, professional staff are available at all times to assist you in the gym or in the pool.

Gym

Our gym is equipped with a wide range of Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment and our team of instructors are on hand to guide you through your workout. Our instructors will create a programme that suits your individual needs and requirements.

Pool

Tower Leisure Centre has a 20-metre deck level pool. This modern pool also has a separate kiddies pool and is the perfect place to spend a few hours entertaining the family. For those of you interested in doing lengths for fitness or simply to improve your stroke we have dedicated swim only lanes.  

Spa

Unwind after a busy day in the Jacuzzi and steam room followed by a dip in our cold water plunge pool for a revitalizing experience! Alternatively, contemplate the day in the hot dry heat of our sauna.  

Class Timetable

Our Leisure Centre Team are delighted to offer a range of classes to both members and non-members. Click here for our Class Timetable.

The Aqua Aerobics Class is just €2.00 for members and €5.00 for non members.

The Swim Lessons run for 10 weeks and and 30 minutes in duration. The rate is €70.00 for members and €100.00 for non members.

The Adult & Child Class runs for 6 weeks and is 20 minutes in duration. The rate is €50.00 for members and €60.00 for non members.

White Flag Award

Tower Hotel Waterford prides itself on the highest standards of customer care, health, safety and hygiene. In accordance with these high standards Tower Leisure Centre has been awarded the White Flag Award by An Taisce and ILAM Ireland six years in succession as of 2009 / 2010.    

Please note that use of plunge pool, steam room and Jacuzzi is restricted to adults 18 years and over. Gym is restricted to 16 years and over. Swim hats must be worn while swimming.

Mon – Fri: 7am – 10pm Sat

Sun & Bank Holiday Mon: 8am – 9pm

Under 18’s up to 7pm daily
