TOWER - Hotel and Leisure Centre

We are delighted to launch the new look Bistro at the Tower. The redesign of the Bistro was inspired by the colours of the Waterford Marina, overlooked by the hotel and within view of the restaurant. The colour scheme uses a base palette of charcoal grey, accented with contemporary aquas and teals and balanced with sand-coloured wallpapers. Texture is introduced in fabrics and carpets, with linen lighting creating a warm ambience. The overall design is fresh yet calm, perfect for a relaxing breakfast or evening meal.

The imaginative menu is a mixture of local and European influences and this award winning Bistro has become a very popular choice amongst the local Waterford restaurant pundits. Surrounded by some of Ireland’s famous fishing villages, fish and seafood are a daily speciality.

Combined with a comprehensive wine list, and with the service of our attentive staff, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a great meal in good surroundings. The Bistro is open daily for dinner from 18.30 – 21.30 with extended hours over the weekend. Lunch is served on Sunday only from 12.30 – 14.30.
