Bistro at the Tower
This bright and elegant restaurant is flooded with natural light, surrounded by rustic interiors of terracotta walls, glass and wood panelling providing an intimate yet informal setting where guests can enjoy sumptuous cuisine. The restaurant looks out over Reginalds Tower and The Mall. The cuisine served in this dining room is an imaginative fusion of traditional and Mediterranean.
The imaginative menu is a mixture of local and European influences and this award winning Bistro has become a very popular choice amongst the local Waterford restaurant pundits. Surrounded by some of Ireland’s famous fishing villages, fish and seafood are a daily speciality.
Combined with a comprehensive wine list, and with the service of our attentive staff, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a great meal in good surroundings.The Bistro is open daily for dinner from 18.30 – 21.30 with extended hours over the weekend. Lunch is served on Sunday only from 12.30 – 14.30. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you make your reservation in advance of arrival.
Our Wine and Dine is currently available for just €59.00 for two people. This includes a four course meal for each person and a bottle of wine to share. It is an excellent value menu and one which has proved very popular so early booking is advisable as there is limited availability.
